Spandau Town Centre

The historical Town Centre of Spandau is located at the confluence of the rivers Spree and Havel. Several landmark buildings testify to the settlement's role as a garrison and trading town until the end of the nineteenth century, such as the Citadel, the Gothic House and the Nicola Church.

The pedestrian area, "Altstadt Spandau", is a perfect location for strolling around and for letting time pass by in one of the numerous characteristic cafes and restaurants.

There is a direct train connection to the Olympia-Stadion, trade fair centre and to the city.

Your holiday home in "Altstadt Spandau"

The 300 year old, conservation-listed house is located in the heart of the old Spandau town centre, and offers plenty of comfort for your holidays with its 160 square meters of living space.

The rooms are partly decked out with period furniture, adding to the charm of the house.

There is a common kitchen with dining area, 3 bathrooms, one living room and five rooms with two beds per room. A small backyard with garden can be used in the summer .

Unfortunately the house is not suitable for disabled persons as there are two stairways that connect the building's three floors.

There are several shopping centers within walking distance of the house, and the area is well-connected thanks to a host of public transport alternatives: Overland and underground metro lines, bus lines, national rail and river ferries. Parking areas are available in the vicinity too.
